Cellmark is continuing to monitor closely the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are following all guidance issued by Public Health England to minimise the risk to our employees and the people that we work with. As a major provider of forensic services to the police, our forensic provision has been classified as essential to the running of the Justice System and we are working with our staff to maintain service delivery to the extent possible in the current circumstances.
Currently our Customer Services team is registering cases as normal and Cellmark’s laboratories are providing DNA, drug and alcohol results in usual timeframes. If you have an enquiry about your case please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 036 2522.
Please note that our Customer Services team is available between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Although we usually stay open until 7.00pm each Monday, during this period we are suspending our late Monday opening hours.
We will update this notice as we respond to any changes in the government advice, or there is a change to our service provision, recognising that the wellbeing of our staff and the people that we work with is our priority. Thank you for your understanding.
